Organizational transformation increasingly requires placing learning-based human capital development at the core of strategic priorities in the context of generative artificial intelligence. The aim of this article is to conduct a systematic literature review to examine how generative artificial intelligence contributes to organizational transformation through learning and training practices. Following the PRISMA methodology, this study analyzes a total of 30 peer-reviewed articles that met the inclusion criteria. The results show that organizational transformation driven by generative artificial intelligence is closely linked to continuous learning, skills development, and people-centered training strategies.Downloads
