Multiple regression analysis generates a regression econometric equation which could be, after the substitution of variables, used as an instrument of the prognosis of employment development for medium term forecasts. The OLS econometric model requires an econometric verification, which shows the conditions under which the model works and is valid.

Keywords: Employment, Prognosis, Macroeconomics

JEL Classifications: C53, E27, J01, J23
}, number={4}, journal={International Journal of Economics and Financial Issues}, author={Toth, Daniel and Kučírková, Lenka}, year={2017}, month={Sep.}, pages={730–736} }
